Wrong pizza size delivered, no insight shown, a shame! Pizza is sold with a diameter of 30 (large pizza), but it arrives at 26 (small pizza), which would supposedly be due to the baking process. We're supposed to come over so they can explain it to us. Apparently your pizzas are shrinking while you bake them. We no longer order there, there are friendlier & more insightful pizza places who care about their customers who order more often. So far we've only had good experience, but we're out after the action ?

Catastrophe ! The cheekiest and worst waitress I've ever had in my life. He wanted to hit us when we wanted to order 1 pizza.! In addition, there is no hygiene there. No gloves, no disinfection and no mask. The purest disaster. I advise against this!

The employee wore neither face mask nor gloves. In addition, the pizza was touched with cash without disinfecting hands after payment. This should be a matter of course, especially in the corona pandemic. The prices are overpriced. More is requested than is regulated in the price list. Not recommendable!

Even this one star is too much, we had to place our order for half an hour because the German language skills were not available. After our part was burned and COLD ORDER found, we found that our pizzas are INCOMPLETE. I then called the restaurant and expressed my complaints and had to listen to ridiculous statements, zero criticism and the customer is also insulted. The pizzas are legendary! Our company gets lunch there very often and it is always very tasty. But pizzaria has been around since the 1990s.

2:10 hrs for 2 pizzas and a salad ... order via Lieferando. After 1.5 hours I called and it was said that the car drove off before 2 minutes. After 25min I called again and said that I have been waiting for almost 2 hours and I do not pay the full price. The guy at the door wanted to argue and became very rude because I was not ready to pay the full price. Critic incompetent, simply unbelievable. Not to be recommended.

3 Things. This is the best pizza in all of Germany. The dude is pretty chill. My pizza is always ready in 10-15 minutes.

Ordered for the first time today via Lieferando. The salad was delivered despite order with a yogurt dressing. That completely drowned the fresh products. The combination was good in taste - but the minced meat dosage was so low that it could almost be accepted by vegetarians. Fast and friendly was the delivery service.

1 hour for 2 pizzas and a pasta ... order via Lieferando, on telephone demand very unfriendly. So a zero online star that's even too much ... hopefully it does not taste like the service.
